Shipping Policy

General Information 

  • At The Photo Fashionista (TPF), our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. To ensure that your package is delivered in a timely manner, please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are not able to reroute packages.
  • TPF does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
  • We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) every Mon.-Fri., excluding public and federal holidays. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment via PayPal, Shopify Payments or major credit cards. Processing time will take longer during holidays and promotional sales periods. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping. If for any reason there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to your local USPS.  

U.S. Shipping

  • You will receive a notification, including tracking number via email once items have been shipped. Please note that we are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipment from TPF, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges (if you did not pay for shipping), plus the cost of returning the package to us. The original shipping charges will be deducted from your STORE CREDIT.
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. 

International Shipping (Canada Only, At This Time)

  • Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves the U.S. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. 
  • Additional import duties, taxes and charges may be charged and are customer’s responsibility.
  • Compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility.
