Return Policy

The Photo Fashionista values and strives to satisfy our customers. Due to the nature of our business all items are FINAL SALE. All items are sold in “as-is” condition. 

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do our best to inspect every item very carefully and describe them in great detail with any defect, if any, indicated in the description of the product.  However, in the event you receive a defective (other than as noted in the product description), damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within two business days of delivery) so that we can get the issue resolved. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. 

When you contact us at cherrie@tpffash.com, please provide the following information: Your Name, Order #, picture and description of the defective, damaged or incorrect item. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response (not including weekends or holidays). If you do not receive a response within that timeframe, please call or text us at +1(301) 250-8890. Please note, due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item.  If defective, damaged or incorrect items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a store credit.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are not available on any purchase. 

Return Shipping

On U.S. orders, for any confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will receive a store credit (in the form of an E-Gift Card if approved) as refunds are not issued. The Photo Fashionista does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us. We suggest that you obtain tracking and insurance on any returned item to guarantee your item gets to us as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your item has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Please allow 7-14 days for the return to be processed. Item(s) must be in the same purchased condition, or it will not be eligible for a STORE CREDIT (no cash or credit refunds) of the amount that you originally paid for your item, amount paid for taxes (if applicable), plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost). E-Gift Cards never expire and are redeemable right away. If we detect that the item has been worn, washed, not in the original condition, had tags removed or further damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. 

International Orders cannot be returned. 

Sale items, shoes, accessories, & swimwear are all Final Sale and may not be returned under any circumstances – these are yours to keep!
